Coming back from injury can be frustrating. Many people worry about making things worse or re-injuring themselves, which often leads to doing too little — or nothing at all.

I work with clients returning to training after injury, helping them rebuild strength, restore movement quality, and regain confidence in their bodies.

This approach focuses on:

Joint-friendly strength training

Improving stability and control

Gradual, intelligent progression

Training around injuries, not through them

While this is not medical rehabilitation, it is structured post-injury training designed to help you move well, train safely, and feel confident again.
